Graphic Design Services:
We take pride in our graphic design services that are tailored to elevate your brand’s visual identity. However, please note that once we have produced the design work, refunds will not be applicable for graphic design services. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of the design process and uphold the value of the creative work we provide.
Web Design Services:
For web design services, we initiate the design process promptly upon agreement. As such, refunds will be subject to the following conditions:
- If you request a refund before the commencement of the design work or before the purchase of a domain, a 100% refund of the deposit will be processed.
- Once we have begun the design process or purchased a domain on your behalf, a partial refund of the deposit will be applicable.
- Refunds will not be applicable once the design work is completed and delivered.
Legal Rights Agreement:
- All design work, whether logos or artwork, created by Wistech Solutions exclusively belongs to you, the client. We do not retain any rights to the designs we create for you.
- Wistech Solutions is not responsible for logo or trademark registration. Clients retain the right to register logos and trademarks created by Wistech Solutions.
- In cases where client payments are rejected by their merchant or bank, design assets will remain with Wistech Solutions until payment issues are resolved.
- Ownership of logo designs transfers to the client upon full payment for the respective design package.
- In the rare event of unintentional similarity to another company’s logo, Wistech Solutions will provide a new logo design without any additional charges.
Website Design Services:
- Clients are eligible for a 100% refund within 24 hours of depositing funds if no work has been initiated by our team.
- If a project has been initiated and subsequently canceled by the client, a refund of 75% of the total amount will be processed provided all project details were shared.
- Refunds will not be applicable once the design work is completed and delivered.
Digital Products, Computers, WordPress Plugins and Themes, and IT Gadgets:
In addition to our design and development services, Wistech Solutions also offers a range of digital products, computers, WordPress plugins, themes, and other IT gadgets. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with these products, and our refund policy extends to cover these offerings as well.
Our refund and returns policy for digital products, computers, WordPress plugins, themes, and IT gadgets lasts for a period of 10 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.
Please note that certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, intimate, and hazardous materials. Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Partial refunds may be granted in specific situations, such as items showing signs of use, opened software or digital content, and items returned more than 10 days after delivery.
Refunds for eligible items will be processed within a specific timeframe, and you will receive an email notification once your return has been received and inspected. Late or missing refunds will be addressed in accordance with our policy.
