Payment Terms:
Wistech Solutions has refined its payment structure for web design to ensure a smooth and progressive project journey:- Initial Deposit: A 60% deposit is required before commencing work. This initiates the project and ensures resources are allocated promptly.
- Mid-Stage Payment: Once the initial designs are approved, the remaining 40% payment is due. This signifies your satisfaction with the design direction.
- Project Completion: The final 40% balance must be settled before publishing the completed website to the designated domain. This ensures a seamless transition to the live environment.
-
Project Scope:
The project scope, timeline, and deliverables will be outlined in a project proposal provided to the client. Any changes to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. -
Revisions:
Wistech Solutions provides clients with the opportunity to review and request revisions to the design work. However, any additional revisions outside of the agreed-upon scope of work may result in additional fees. -
Ownership:
Upon completion of the project and receipt of final payment, the client will own the rights to the design work created by Wistech Solutions. -
Timelines:
Wistech Solutions will provide clients with an estimated timeline for completion of the project. However, any delays caused by the client (such as failure to provide necessary information or feedback in a timely manner) may result in an extension of the project timeline. -

Intellectual Property:
In recognition of our creative contribution, Wistech Solutions reserves the right to include a prominent link to our website, labeled ‘Powered by Wistech Solutions,’ in the footer section of all website designs created for clients. If the client wishes to remove the ‘Powered by Wistech Solutions’ link from their website, they may do so by paying an optional removal fee of $150. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with removing the link and maintaining our commitment to promoting our services. -
Late Payments and Suspension of Services:
If payments for hosting, domain, or any other services are delayed, Wistech Solutions reserves the right to suspend services until payment is made. -
Website Access and Responsibilities:
- Editor Access for Website Management: We provide our clients with “Editor” access to their WordPress or any other CMS websites. This level of access allows clients to manage their website content while preventing unintended modifications to critical settings, plugins, themes, or widgets. This approach ensures the stability and security of the website.
- Administrator Access and Client Responsibility: The majority of our clients do not possess the technical expertise to handle advanced website administration tasks. Hence, we typically grant “Editor” access only. However, if a client explicitly requests “Administrator” access, we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis. In such cases, it is essential for clients to acknowledge that any modifications made as an administrator are their responsibility. If any issues arise due to client modifications that require our intervention to restore the website’s functionality, a fee may be incurred for the restoration process.
- Exceptions for Clients with Technical Expertise or Internal IT Staff: In exceptional cases where clients possess a high level of technical expertise or have an internal IT staff responsible for managing the website, we may consider granting “Administrator” access. However, it is crucial for clients in these situations to understand that any modifications made as administrators are solely their responsibility. If any issues occur as a result of client modifications that require our intervention to restore the website’s functionality, a fee may be applicable for the restoration process.
